Mrs. Susan Frerking

Susan Frerking serves as ESM's Progress Partners Coach on the Union campus, collaborating with teachers to achieve goals to improve student learning and to shine light on our amazing teachers! Susan is from Toronto, Canada and has spent most of her adult life internationally, teaching at Hong Kong International School and Concordia International Schools in China and Vietnam with her husband, Patrick and daughters, Michelle and Kaylee. In Fort Wayne, Pat serves as CLHS principal, and their daughters are graduates of CLHS and Concordia Universities. Her family are members at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, where she used to teach. Susan holds a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction Leadership from Concordia University Nebraska. She enjoys playing sports and games with family and friends, and travelling to see family in Texas and Ontario.
