Rachel Eckert serves as our Food Service Director and has been at ESM since 2013. She attended both ESM and CLHS. She is member of Emmanuel, baptized and confirmed. Her husband's name is Justin. They have 3 children who all attended ESM and CLHS. Steven, who lives in heaven, Gavin and Julia. In her freetime, Rachel enjoy gardening and spending time with family.
