Mrs. Kelly Steffen
Resource Teacher - Union St. Campus
The 2019-2020 school year marks Kelly Steffen’s twenty-first year in the education field. She completed her undergraduate work at Ball State University and acquired a master’s degree from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne in Special Education. As ESM’s resource teacher at the Union Street campus, Kelly meets students’ needs through personal attention inside and outside of the classroom. She is currently working alongside Lutheran Special Education Ministries and Fort Wayne Community Schools to provide services for our students with disabilities. Kelly and her husband Chris, and children attend Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Kelly enjoys reading, traveling with her family, and rooting for her favorite Michigan teams.
