Tuition and Fees

 

* August-May (10 months)

* Children may be brought to the classroom any time after 8:30.

* $85 application fee for single child enrolled in the Early Childhood Program OR $150 family application fee to include siblings in Early Childhood Program and grades K-8.

* FAMILY DISCOUNT: Early childhood students with siblings enrolled at ESM will be granted a yearly family tuition discount of $50 per half-day registered. (EX. An additional child enrolled in 3 half-day classes would result in a $150 discount toward annual tuition.)

LUNCH BUNCH PROGRAM:

Lunch Bunch will be offered for children enrolled in Getz Road preschool classes.  Your child may attend after the morning session or prior to the afternoon session.  The cost for Lunch Bunch is $6.00 a day and does not include lunch.  Lunch may be brought to school from home or a hot lunch may be purchased for $2.85.  A microwave will not be available to heat lunches. Lunch Bunch will require registration for the semester, but you may pick the days you wish to use the program.  A maximum of 15 students will be allowed each day.  Daily Minimum – 6 Daily Maximum – 15

DAYS SCHOOL IS NOT IN SESSION:

ESM Early Childhood is a part of the ministry of ESM school and follows the school calendar.  When school is not in session, Early Childhood will not be in session. When a 2-hour delay has been issued for ESM, an alternate schedule will be in place. Getz Road Delay Schedule - AM classes: 10:35 a.m.-12:35 p.m, PM Classes: 1:05 p.m.-3:05 p.m., and Lunch Bunch canceled. If ESM is canceled due to inclement weather, all Early Childhood classes will also be canceled. If a make-up day is added to the calendar, Early Childhood will also meet on that day.

An additional child enrolled in 3 half-day classes would result in a $150 discount toward annual tuition or, an additional child enrolled in 5 full-day classes would receive a total tuition discount of $625.)

DROP-OFF POLICY:

Children may be brought to their classroom any time after 8:15 and will not be charged for the Extended Day Program.  Parents will be asked to sign their child in when they arrive.

PICK-UP POLICY:

After school, children may be picked up in the car line or from the classroom.  Your child’s teacher needs to know in advance how the child will be picked up.  If not picked up by 3:35, the child will be placed in the Extended Day Program.  Please see rates that will apply if you have not signed up in advance.

DROP-IN OPTION:

Families with children enrolled at the Union Street Campus will have the option, up to 4 times per semester, to have their child attend a class that he/she is not normally scheduled to attend.  This request must be made NO LESS than 24 hours in advance (8:00 a.m. of the previous school day) and must be pre-approved by staff.  Requests are to be made at www.esmeagles.com and will be reviewed by a staff member and responded to by 12:00 p.m. each day.  Approval or denial will be made based on ensuring adult/child ratios can be met in the classroom on the day requested.  Cost for this convenience is $25 per half day (8:20 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) and $60 per full day (8:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.)

Union Street Delay Schedule - AM classes: 10:20 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Full Day Classes: 10:20 a.m.-3:20 p.m. If there is a delay, the Extended Day Program at the Union Street Campus will still be available for your child beginning at 6:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. for those students who are pre-enrolled.  However, if school is cancelled after a delay has been issued, and your child is already at school, you will need to pick your child up and make other arrangements for his/her care that day. If a make-up day is added to the calendar, Early Childhood will also meet on that day.

 

ADVANCE SIGN-UP REQUIRED: 

All families will need to sign up in advance for Early Childhood Extended Day services each semester.  If a scheduling change needs to be made prior to the start of the new semester, this request must be made in advance by the 20th of each month.
