The best way to experience student life at ESM is to come, walk our hallways and see the activity, the laughter, the smiling faces and constant activity. Even after school, the activity doesn't stop. Somewhere students are studying before basketball practice, others are learning to play a musical instrument or practicing their cheers. If it's a Wednesday, you'll find a group gathering to walk over to our neighbor school, Washington Elementary. Each week 7th and 8th grade volunteers help young students learn to read through the FWCS "Project Reads" program. It's an excellent opportunity for outreach and ministry, along with a very tangible way to teach the joy and reward of service to others.
There are many special traditions that define our student life from the Chapel Buddies program, to the annual Spirit Week and several fun reading events. All these and more add up to making ESM not just a place to learn, but a place to enjoy.
