Jewell LaBrash (Kindergarten)

Children are the promise of the future.  Kindergarten  is a year of great learning and socializing.  In kindergarten we lead children to appreciate the wonders of God's creation and His great love in sending Jesus Christ as the Savior from sin.

We help our students become aware of, and have an interest in the world around them and give them many opportunities to work and play cooperatively.  We teach each child to act and think for himself, and  help him feel a sense of belonging and acceptance.  Throughout the year we will learn the alphabet and put letters and sounds together to make words, write in journals, learn about numbers, classification, time, money, and measurement.  As we look at the world around us we study living and nonliving things, weather and seasons, our community, our country and the arts.
