recent report card, and standardized test results.

4. Receive official verification of acceptance.

Dates and details

For kindergarten and returning students, re-enrollment runs from mid-January to mid-March. Come to our Kindergarten Information and Enrollment Sessions to learn more about ESM.

New students in grades 1 through 8 are officially able to register for the 2017-2018 school year beginning Friday, March 24th, 2017. However, if a classroom has not yet reached capacity with returning students, we may be able to accept your application before then. Children who transfer from another school may be asked to take a performance evaluation. We'll also need copies of their latest report card and birth certificate.

All children entering kindergarten, must be five by August 1 of the current school year. We routinely screen children with summer birthdays just to be certain they are ready. Not sure about your child's readiness? Just request a screening and we'll be happy to offer an evaluation and help you make the best decision for your child.

Applied. Accepted. Now What?

Apply for scholarships and need based financial assistance.

Once you have submitted your student scholarship application and all required documents, you will be contacted by our finance manager, Karen Clendenen, with your scholarship award information.

During the summer, our teachers make personal visits to each student in their incoming class.

In August, each year, we host registration over two consecutive days. This usually takes an hour or less and is a chance to gather what you'll need for the upcoming school year -- from schedules and gym uniforms to signing up for volunteer opportunities and extended care. At this time, you'll also be asked to make arrangements for tuition payments.

We welcome students on the first day of school and welcome parents to Back to School night to learn more about their child's classroom environment. Check back as those dates are scheduled!

Welcome to the Emmanuel - St. Michael Family!
