At ESM our sports program is inclusive, competitive, and Christ-centered.

• Inclusive: we encourage all students to participate in their favorite sport, to try new ones, and to discover hidden potential.

• Competitive: most of our teams compete against other area Lutheran schools through the Lutheran School Athletic Association, where there are strong traditional rivalries. Teams may also compete against public or other parochial schools in area tournaments.

• Christ-centered: fellowship, family involvement, physical fitness, and sportsmanship are taught in a Christian framework.
