Extended Care services are offered at both the
Union Street and Getz Road Campuses for children in grades K-8.

- Extended Care is available at the usual times
- An additional fee will be added for the additional hours of service.
- There is no Extended Care if school is canceled.
- Any child who is at Extended Care before school is cancelled, must be picked up by their parents before 10:30 AM.
- Extended Care is provided as soon as school is dismissed for the day.
- Each child must provide a lunch.
- Extended Care is available until 6:00 PM
The following fees will be assessed for the extra hours children are present in Extended Care on Early Dismissal Days:
12 noon - 2 PM $5
12 noon - 3 PM $7
12 noon - 4 PM $9
12 noon - 5 PM $11
12 noon - 6 PM $14
- Parents are required to sign in and sign out children from extended care at both campuses.
- Daily communication with the extended care staff is expected and encouraged.
- Please notify your child's teacher of your family's Extended Care schedule so teachers can direct students to the correct place at the end of the school day.
- The office at Union Street (422-6712) or Getz Road (459-16126) should be notified if you have changes in your child's Extended Care schedule.

A bill will be sent at the end of each month.

Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the bill.

Hourly rates are not available.

Students arriving before 8:05 AM and not picked up by 3:30 PM at the Union Street Campus will be sent to Extended Care and regular fees apply.

Students arriving before 8:20 and not picked up by 3:15 at the Getz Road Campus will be sent to Extended Care and regular fees apply.

Breakfast is provided for any child who arrives prior to 7:30 AM.

Snacks are provided at approximately 3:30 and again at 4:30 PM.

Extended Care staff should be notified of any food allergies.
